Right of withdrawal
Your right
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded — that is, the day your payment was confirmed.
How to withdraw
To exercise this right you must inform us by a clear statement — an email to support@somehowshop.com is enough. You may use the model form below, but it is not required. Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment you used. You will not incur any fees for that refund.
When the right ends early
Every listing here is a service that we start working on for you personally. At checkout you expressly ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw while work is already under way but not yet finished, you owe a proportionate amount for what has been done up to that point.
