Terms of service

1. What you are buying

Each listing describes a single, one-off piece of work. The listing text, the stated deadline and the brief you submit at checkout together define the scope of that work.

2. Payment and tax

Prices are quoted in EUR and are final. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not show or charge VAT, so nothing is added at checkout — the listed price is the total, wherever you are. Payment is taken through Stripe at the moment of checkout and work begins once Stripe confirms it. We never receive or store your card details.

3. Delivery

We deliver by email to the address given at checkout, within the turnaround stated on the offer page, counted from the moment payment clears. If we cannot meet that deadline we will contact you before it passes.

4. Your material

Files and text you submit are used only to complete your order. Uploads are stored privately and are never published. You confirm you have the right to send us whatever you upload.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, set out in full on our Right of withdrawal page together with the model form. Because each listing is a service we start for you personally, you confirm at checkout that we may begin immediately and that the right ends once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw while work is under way, you owe a proportionate amount for the part already done. Section 7 explains how refunds are handled in practice.

6. Revisions and complaints

If a delivery does not match what the listing promised, reply to your confirmation email within 14 days and we will correct it or refund you in full. Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.

7. Refunds

Our standard across every service: if we cannot complete an order because of circumstances outside our control — for example a third party who never responds, a platform that does not act, or information that turns out to be unavailable — you always receive a proportional refund for the part that could not be delivered, without having to argue for it. Before we start work, cancel by email and you get a full refund. If work is already under way, you receive a proportionate refund for the part not yet done. If a delivered service does not match what the listing promised, tell us within 14 days and we will correct it or refund you in full. If we refuse a request — anything in section 10, or a job we cannot carry out safely — you are refunded in full, no questions asked. Not refundable: a completed service you simply changed your mind about after delivery, and dissatisfaction with the outcome of a Loyalty Test or Second Opinion, since you are paying for honest evidence and not for a particular answer. To request a refund, email support@somehowshop.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days and at the latest within 14 days. This policy sits alongside your statutory 14-day withdrawal right and your other consumer rights and never limits them.

8. Reviews

After completion you may receive a private link to review your order. Reviews are published under a first name only and may be withheld if they contain abuse, spam or third-party personal data.

9. Age requirement

Every service on this site is for adults. You must be 18 or older to place an order, and where a service involves another person, that person must be 18 or older too.

10. What we will not do

We refuse, and refund in full, any request that involves: impersonating a specific real person; anyone under 18; sexual or explicit content of any kind; harassment, threats, stalking, pressure or repeated unwanted contact; verification for employment, credit, tenancy, legal, academic or any official purpose; and anything else unlawful. Conversation-based services are company and conversation only — never a sexual service.

11. Loyalty Test in particular

This service is sold only to someone asking about their own partner, where both people are adults. The approach is friendly and non-explicit and never impersonates a specific real person. You receive the transcript as evidence; the conclusions you draw and the actions you take are yours alone. Depending on where you live, recording or forwarding private messages may carry legal consequences — you are responsible for how you use what we deliver.

12. Reporting, takedown and ghosting services

Get Them Banned and Kill The Fake use nothing but the reporting, impersonation and copyright channels the platforms themselves provide. We file on your behalf as the affected person and we need documented evidence of a real rule violation, or proof that a profile impersonates you or uses content you own. We do not mass-report lawful opinions, competitors or people you dislike, we never access anyone's account, and no platform decision can be promised — we owe you the filings, the escalation and the written outcome, not a specific result. Why Are They Ghosting Me? is an analysis of the conversation you send us and of publicly visible information only: we make no contact with the other person and gather nothing private. Requests outside these limits are refused and refunded in full.

13. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
